In Q4 of 2025, Smarter Local Discounting reports currently found in the Customer Journey portal will be transitioned to Power BI. These reports include a comprehensive analysis on discounting, invoice and floor hour trends, as well as GPA analysis by offer. During this transition process, some data will be frozen.
What is happening?
As we move the reports to Power BI, the data source for the reports will be updated to the new customer database. But there will be a lag in cutting over the data. This means the Customer Journey portal data will not be updated beyond Sept. 7, 2025. Historical information will remain accessible until the new reports launch on Power BI, at which time full data visibility will be restored.
What do I need to do?
No action is required. We expect the Power BI reports to launch in Q4 of 2025. Additional communications will be sent closer to the new reporting launch date.
