The Customer Journey program will soon roll out a new postcard specifically tailored to customers who have not yet engaged with the Great Clips app. The postcard will feature a prominent QR code and messaging that encourages app downloads, with the goal of strengthening digital connections, boosting multi-channel engagement, and increasing redemption rates.
Customers who receive this new postcard but do not download or engage with the app after two attempts will revert back to the existing creative. Customers who already use the app will continue receiving the current postcard, ensuring messaging remains relevant and optimized for their behavior.
