Positive email results to share!

For the last 12 weeks we have been testing the Journey email deployment in an effort to give customers that have not used the single-use code another nudge just prior to the coupon expiration date. And we are seeing incredible results! On average we are seeing a total redemption of 6.9 percent, this is a 2.9 percentage point lift from the initial send.
